The PeopleMatter Project was founded by the leadership team of Dean's Professional Services, a national, award-winning staffing solutions firm. The PeopleMatter Project is focused on providing career focused resources and educational opportunities for the communities we serve.
Mrs. Jennifer Dean, founder and owner of Dean's Professional Services, has provided stewardship and assistance to the community for years through DPS Cares, an initiative started in 2010. In addition to providing over $15,000 to college scholarships, DPS Cares has hosted blood drives, hosted food drives for the Houston Food Bank, donated to Women's Shelters, provided free workshops for the community centered around career development, and supported numerous health awareness campaigns.
The PeopleMatter Project is a continuation of the efforts started by DPS Cares and will focus in on upcoming projects in partnership with EdVantage Training Solutions, the sister company to Dean's Professional Services that provides adult education programs and certification preparation courses, and 'Jenny's Closet', a donation based dress-for-success resource for the community.
