Dean's Professional Services is a national, award-winning staffing, staff development and consulting company. We provide temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing solutions. From inception we have provided staffing services to the healthcare industry, but have since branched out to provide staffing solutions to the food and environmental, administrative, finance, and information technology industries.

About Us

In 1993, I had an idea that was designed by a higher power. I set out to move through time and space to make this goal a reality. Realizing that without my clients as my first priority,  I would not be able to deliver the quality of service that would edify my dream and make Dean's Professional Services the company it is today.

Our goal is to give 150%, never settling for 100%. Always knowing we can do more to service our clients. Our clients are the reason we are in business. They are the "boss", and we dance by the beat of their drum. They come first in all we do. Customer service is the key to success. Our service starts with the front desk and flows throughout the office. Our business is only as good as our service.

Dean's Professional Services is just that - a service. We are not an agency. Our goal everyday is to create a match for your organization. We not only match skill, but personality to fit the needs of your facility. At DPS, we become an extension of your organization, providing a partnership you can rely on.

Dean's Professional Services employees are generated on a 48% referral basis. We understand that word of mouth is the greatest form of advertising, and our professionalism and customer service reflect just that. All team members, whether in house or out in the field are employees of DPS and are treated as such.
