JOB DETAILS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required and formal EKG education such as a certificate from a school or third-party certification

  • One year work experience Nationally accredited EKG Certification (CET, NRCEKG, etc.) required before starting work (we can help get your certified!)

  • Day AND Night Shifts available

  • This position is not a temporary or contract opportunity, position is working directly for Boston Scientific upon completion of onboarding.

EKG Certification

Certified EKG Technician (CET) from the National Healthcareers Association​

This is a self-paced prep course class that reinforces clinical practices with broad content designed to strengthen concepts in the medical art, technique and practice of Electrocardiogram. Emphasis is placed on anatomy, physiology, concepts and techniques in Electrocardiogram. Upon successful completion of this course, students will have the content and understanding to sit for the National Certification Exam.  

COURSE DETAILS

  • Over 16 hours of study content available Self-guided available via any Internet accessible device

  • Course includes refresher material and test taking tools

  • Course subject areas include safety, compliance, stress test and holter monitor, analysis & interpretation

  • Video lectures, downloadable lecture notes, practice quizzes, and more!  

Enrollment Eligibility: 

Candidates must have at least 1 year of EKG experience as well as formal EKG education such as a certificate from a third-party certification.
