Jennifer Dean’s specialties include working with Medical Facilities, call centers, non-profits organizations and companies that have internal and external service levels that are on display. Her past works include speaking at some of the nation’s prestigious hospitals, clinics and large and small companies throughout the nation. She has also done keynote addresses for universities, schools and youth groups nationwide. Notably, she has the ability to empower people to see service in a different light, focusing on servicing self to service others. Mrs. Jennifer Dean never fails to take her audience on an exciting, energized, and enthusiastic journey through positive and creative change practices.

She is a board member for the Better Business Bureau (Houston), American Staffing Association (Houston) Diversity Board and an advisory board member for Child Advocates (Houston). In addition, she is past president of the Houston Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration. In 2008, Jennifer received the Greater Houston’s YMCA Minority Achievement Award. Jennifer Dean was chosen to chair the 2011 One Woman Conference hosted by the Texas Business Alliance. In 2012, she was a keynote speaker for the WBEA’s Small Business and Entrepreneur Leadership Conference, as well as a panelist for AIU’s Annual Women’s Empowerment Summit. Citizen’s Chamber of Commerce Pinnacle Awards in 1998, 2000, 2008, and in 2010 she became an award winner. In 1999, Jennifer was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and was nominated again in 2012. In 2015, she was a featured panelist and award recipient at the Family Business Conference. In 2017 she was awarded the Outstanding Business Leader in Professional Services and Largest Houston-area Women-owned Business Awards at the Women Who Mean Business Ceremony. Her company has been awarded as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to work for in Houston for the past 6 consecutive years.
