Houston, TX- Jennifer Dean, President and CEO of Dean's Professional Services, gave a sneak peek at her newest book (to be released Fall 2014) U-Turn: Turning Service Around, to Wise Regional Health System during their June Workshop Presentation in Decatur, Texas.
The Workshop included props, interaction, fun and enlightenment for the 50+ attendees on June 10, 2014. "If we were all (the team) going one way, where would we end up?" was the question posed to the group. Delivering excellence, providing a new level of service, teaching through technology were just some of the topics covered during the workshop and will be included in the book.
The new book, U-Turn: Turning Service Around, is slated to be released in the fall of 2014, along with the launch of Jenniferldean.com. The website will include an all new blog and podcast featuring Jennifer Dean, e-book sales and release of all books written by Jennifer Dean, and much more!
